Bulk mark offline devices as disenrolled after disenrollment is initiatedSolved

We have a number of devices that have been offline for a long time and are probably no longer in use. When we run the bulk Disenroll Device action, those devices stay in a disenrollment pending state because they never come online to receive the command.

Is there a way to bulk “Mark as Disenrolled” from the Hexnode portal instead of opening each device one by one? Doing it individually takes a lot of time, especially when MFA is required.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Hexnode Connect.

Yes. Devices that are already in the Disenrollment Initiated state can be marked as disenrolled in bulk from the reports section.

Use the following workflow:

  1. Go to Manage and select the devices that need to be disenrolled.
  2. Navigate to Actions > Device Control > Disenroll Device.
  3. After the devices move to the Disenrollment Initiated state, go to Reports > Device > Disenrollment Pending Devices.
  4. Select the required devices from the report.
  5. Click Mark as Disenrolled.

This lets you complete the cleanup for multiple offline devices from the portal without opening each device record individually.

I hope this helps. If you find any more issues or need further assistance feel free to reach out.
