Yes Ally, With Hexnode MDM you can use the Webclip option for iOS devices, but this feature is only available for iOS devices.
Creating a Webclip is an easy process, all you gotta do is follow these steps mentioned in the link below:

Webapps can also be deployed on Android Kiosk Screens,
