Efficient onboarding just got even better. Enrollment profiles, already a go-to for Android and Apple platforms in Hexnode, have now stepped into the Windows world. This addition makes it easier than ever for IT teams to enroll Windows devices with a bit of pre-customization.
With Windows Enrollment Profiles, administrators can configure device attributes before enrollment, ensuring that every device begins its journey with the right setup. The Hexnode apps, such as the Hexnode Service app and Hexnode Remote Assist app, can be installed automatically.
These profiles also allow admins to determine whether a device should be co-managed, giving flexibility in how it integrates with existing infrastructures. On top of that, user authentication settings can be defined in advance so that security and access controls are on point.
Altogether, this update means no more manual adjustments after setup. Windows devices can now be properly configured, segregated, and secured from the very first moment they join your fleet.
