Hello @famk_e and @annemie . This behavior is typically governed by the configuration of your Kiosk restrictions. To restore visibility to the status bar, please perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the Policies tab and select the specific policy currently applied to the affected devices.
- Navigate to the platform-specific settings for Android and select Advanced Restrictions.
- Under the Display Settings section, check whether Hide System Bar or Hide Status Bar options are checked. If checked, uncheck the options.
- Under Kiosk Lockdown, navigate to Peripheral settings.
- Ensure that the Disable System bars option is unchecked and the Enable status bar option is checked.
- Save the policy to trigger an update across your device fleet.
Once the updated policy is synced, the WiFi, battery, and time indicators will be visible to the end-user.
