Your patching toolkit just leveled up. With the latest enhancements to Sites and DAFS, managing patches is now quicker, smarter, and perfectly aligned with your schedule.

Here’s what’s new:

Site settings gets new addition

Now in the Admin tab, you can add Business hours to define when devices are actively used, and Maintenance hours to schedule when Hexnode UEM performs activities like DAFS syncs. For a complete walkthrough, check our help documentation — Create Sites for distributed servers.

One policy, two platforms

Configure distribution servers for both Windows and Mac devices using the DAFS policy under Hexnode Settings. Easily set server preferences and related settings for efficient patch sharing. See our setup guides for Windows and Mac.

DAFS goes cross-platform

Creating distributor servers isn’t just for Windows anymore! You can now set them up on Mac too, helping you store and distribute patches seamlessly across multiple platforms. For step-by-step instructions, see our help documentation on create a Distributed Apps and Files Server (DAFS).

That’s the latest! These updates make patching more predictable, efficient, and adaptable to your setup.
