Hi guys, is it possible to retrieve an Android device (Samsung) from Hexnode after it has been disenrolled and deleted? The device is no longer showing in the portal.

I don’t think so. Once a device is disenrolled, it’s basically removed from the portal, so communication with it is lost.
Got it. The issue is that we forgot to remove the restrictions on device reset before disenrolling and deleting the device. Now the device is locked and we are unable to proceed. Is there any way Hexnode can help unlock it?
Hi @ryker,
Since the device was forcibly disenrolled to free up the license, Hexnode completely loses communication with the device, so we are unable to make any changes or remove restrictions afterward.
Unfortunately, this means Hexnode cannot assist further with unlocking the device.

Is there any alternative solution we can try?
Hi,
At this point, we recommend contacting the device manufacturer directly, in this case, Samsung. They may be able to help you recover or unlock the device, depending on their policies and proof of ownership.
