Hey folks, I need to remove two phones from our Hexnode portal. What’s the full process? I want to make sure the licenses get freed up too.

@noah-blake , you can do it easily right from the Manage tab. In the Manage tab, select the device and then go to Actions > Device Control > Disenroll Device. On doing this, you’ll get an email verification code for authentication. Enter this code to confirm the disenrollment action.

This removes all applied policies, deactivates the Hexnode agent, and also allows the Hexnode app to be removed from the device.

Got it. After the disenroll action, do I need to do anything else on the portal?

Yes, there is one last step to disenrollment. After the device finishes disenrolling, open the same device entry again and choose Actions > Mark as Disenrolled. That clears it from the active device list and frees up the license.
