Hi everyone! Does anyone know how I can allow users to exit kiosk mode on their iPads? The devices are in multi-app kiosk mode, and I’m a bit stuck on how to let users exit it locally.

Hi @finn,

To remove the iOS device from kiosk mode, you will need to remove the policy from the device, as this is currently the only way to do so.

You can do this by navigating to the Manage tab, clicking on the device name, going to the Policies sub-tab, and then removing the kiosk policy. Just make sure the device is connected to a stable internet connection to ensure the policy is removed smoothly without any issues!

Oh, okay. So, there is no way to remove the device from kiosk mode while keeping the policy on the device? That is possible on an Android though, correct?

Hi @finn,

Unlike Android devices, we currently do not have the option to temporarily disable kiosk mode via actions on iOS devices.
