You can absolutely put this on autopilot. You don’t need to push the remote action manually every morning; you can use Hexnode’s Automate feature to handle the heavy lifting.

Hexnode allows you to schedule remote actions to execute at a specific time or on a recurring interval. Here is how you can set it up for your weekly schedule:

1. Go to the Automate tab in your Hexnode portal.
2. Click on + New Automation.
3. Give it a name (e.g., “Monday Ringtone – Electronics”).
4. Under the Action section, select Change Ringtone and upload/select the specific audio file you want for that day’s category.
5. Under the Settings and Schedule section, instead of running it immediately, choose Repeat at a set schedule.
6. You can set it to execute on specific days at a specific time. For example, you can set it to run every Monday at 12:01 AM (or right before their shift starts).
7. Under the Target Filters section, select your Relationship Manager’s Android device.

Since the supplier’s schedule shuffles weekly, you can either:

• Create a few recurring automations if the days are somewhat consistent.
• Or, if the schedule is entirely randomized every week, you can just jump into the Automate tab on Friday afternoon, set up five one-off scheduled actions for the upcoming Monday through Friday, and let Hexnode push the new ringtone every morning automatically.
