Hi, I wanted to enable the App Usage Management settings for my Android devices, but I cannot find it anywhere. I was searching under the policies for Android. Am I missing something here?

Hi @abel-j , the option to configure the App Usage Management settings is available next to the Network Data Usage Management under the policies for Android devices. However, App Usage Management is available only for the Ultra plan of Hexnode UEM.

@elle_reed, So, Unless I upgrade my plan it won’t be available? How do I upgrade to Ultra then, because we really need to monitor what apps our employees are using frequently.

@abel-j , You can subscribe to the Ultra plan under Admin> License. Change the Active Plan to Ultra from the drop-down menu and click Subscribe. You will be redirected to the Hexnode UEM Subscriptions page. Here, click on Request Pricing under Ultra and submit your request. You will be contacted by the Support team to discuss further on the plan upgrade.
