Hello, our organization recently started using Microsoft Entra as our directory service, to reduce the hassle of adding new employees manually. We did integrate Entra with our Hexnode portal, but I don’t see a sync option or a sync button anywhere in the “Integrations” tab under Admin – where can I see the domain I integrated in the portal?

Hi @sophia_miller , you can find your integrated Microsoft Entra ID domain under the Admin tab, in the side menu. Since you have already integrated your Entra domain to Hexnode, it will appear under the option of Microsoft Entra ID, separate from Integrations.
Your configured domain will be visible under Microsoft Entra ID and will have a gear symbol at the bottom right corner of the card. The gear symbol houses the option to initiate sync (Sync now) between Hexnode and your Entra domain immediately.
Additionally, you can click on the name of your Entra domain to find additional settings that let you Schedule Sync by choosing the frequency and the Initiate sync at time. Weekly frequency has an additional option to choose the day of the week (Select days) to initiate sync.
