Hexnode App Logs feature, previously available for Android and iOS devices, is now extended to macOS.

With this update, IT admins can remotely request diagnostic logs from the Hexnode UEM app on macOS directly from the portal using the Hexnode App Logs remote action. This is especially useful for troubleshooting and monitoring device behaviour. Alternatively, users can manually share logs from the Hexnode UEM app on their macOS devices when needed.

Admins can also configure the logging level and log retention period for macOS devices via:

  • Policies > macOS > Troubleshooting > Hexnode App Logs, or
  • Admin > General Settings > Hexnode App Logs > Logging Level for macOS devices

Refer to our documentation for detailed steps on retrieving Hexnode App Logs from macOS devices.
