Hey everyone, we’re running into a strange issue with Google Workspace sync. When we try to enroll a user using their email, the user just doesn’t show up in Manage > Users in Hexnode. The domain is already connected with Hexnode, and this user was added recently in Google Admin also. Sync keeps failing though, and the user never gets pulled into Hexnode.

@luke , has there been any recent admin password changes from your end?

Hey, @luke ! We’ve seen this in a few cases. Even if the admin password hasn’t changed, the Google Workspace service account credentials can sometimes go out of sync. A quick fix is to re-upload the JSON key file used for Google Workspace integration. You can do this from: Admin > Google Workspace > Actions > Modify.
Once the updated JSON file is uploaded, trigger the sync again and check Manage > Users. The newly added user should show up, and you should be able to enroll them via email without any trouble.
