Hexnode Genie AI just got smarter—making the way you find and understand devices faster and more intuitive.
You can now filter devices using simple, natural language prompts, eg: “list all inactive devices”, so retrieving the exact devices you’re looking for from your portal takes just seconds.
A new permission, “Allow Genie AI access to device details”, available in the Hexnode Genie AI tab under the Admin section, allows Genie AI to access key device details like device name, serial number, associated user, and compliance status—helping it deliver more precise and context-aware responses.
Less searching, more doing. Genie AI now brings the right information to you, exactly when you need it.
