Error while enrolling macOS devicesSolved

Hey, I tried enrolling one of my macOS devices into Hexnode using the portal URL, but I got this error: “Profile-driven enrollment is currently blocked by your organization. Please contact your IT admin for further assistance.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @mo-chou,

This error appears because the Enrollment Ownership settings in your Hexnode UEM portal are blocking profile-driven enrollment. You can fix this by following these steps in your Hexnode UEM console:

  1. Go to Admin > Enrollment.
  2. In the Enrollment Ownership section, look for the Apple Enrollment Type settings.
  3. Enable the Profile-driven option.

After enabling it, try enrolling the device again – the issue should be resolved.
