I do not want the Android device applications that are enrolled in Hexnode to have run-time permissions. How can this be blocked?

Thanks for reaching out to us!
You would be able to block the run time permissions for the apps by navigating to Policies -> Android -> Advanced restrictions -> App runtime permission -> Deny Permissions.
Please note that this works only for devices enrolled in Android Enterprise.
Another option would be to set up App permissions from Android -> App permissions. This works only for Android Enterprise devices and Managed Google apps.
