Hey everyone,
When I tried exporting a filtered report, I guess it is supposed to download straight to my device as a PDF or CSV but now I couldn’t find those reports anywhere on the device. I tried it a couple of times with different filters, but I can’t find the file anywhere on my system.
Is anyone else facing this?

Thank you for reaching out to Hexnode Connect. Your question is valid and you’re not missing anything! The export flow has been updated.
Now, instead of downloading directly to your device, all your exported reports are listed under the new Exports sub-tab within the Reports section. This change helps you keep track of every export you’ve made over time, all in one place.
When you export a report, you’ll also see a banner that says:
“Report exported successfully. View Exports.”
You can click on View Exports right there to be redirected to the Exports sub-tab instantly.
From there, you can view, manage, and download any of your past exports whenever you need them; a much cleaner and unified workflow.
