certain app ( Hereprint) cannot be pushed via hexnode – getting the error that the app is not compatible – but I can download it directly from appstore ?
why cant I enable it to to push from hexnode ? vpp license being added and synced under admin settings

Note: When enabled, the system will try installing the app as a hybrid app even if the device type is not listed as compatible in the app’s metadata.
