I usually just check devices individually, and I don’t think there’s a quicker way to see it across devices.
Hello everyone!
You don’t need to check devices one by one to confirm successful installations; you can view the app’s successful installation status directly from the Reports section.
Sign in to your Hexnode UEM portal and navigate to Reports > Built‑in Reports > Applications > All Applications. Locate the application you want to check, and then click on the device count shown in the corresponding row. This will open a detailed view of all devices where the application has been installed successfully.
From there, you can also export the data if needed by clicking Export. In the export dialog, choose Device list from the Export dropdown. You can either select specific columns manually (such as device name, username, OS name, OS version, serial number) or include all columns and then click Export. Once the export is complete, go to the Exports section under the Reports tab to download the exported file. The downloaded export file will then provide the details of all devices where the application is installed.
Regarding the failed or pending installation status, Hexnode does not currently provide a consolidated report view for those states. To check failures or pending installs, you’ll need to check the devices individually.
