I recently upgraded from the Enterprise plan to the Ultimate plan because I was under the impression that the 10‑minute screen lock for macOS and Windows, along with media management features, were included. After upgrading, I noticed that the Windows screensaver and media management policies are still greyed out. Can someone clarify if these features are actually part of the Ultimate plan?
Are Windows screensaver and media management features included in the Ultimate plan?Solved

From my experience, the macOS screensaver policy is indeed part of the Ultimate plan, but the Windows screensaver requires the Ultra plan.

Thanks for raising this. To clarify:
-
Windows Screensaver Policy → Available only in the Ultra plan.
-
macOS Screensaver Policy → Included in the Ultimate plan.
-
Windows Auto‑Lock → Can be configured via Password Policy in the Ultimate plan, which provides the same functionality as a timed lock.
-
Media Management → Included in the Ultimate plan, but certain advanced controls may differ by platform.
