I’m trying to disable a Technician/admin account in Hexnode. I’m also an admin, and I can see the technician listed under Technicians and Roles, but when I click the three-dot menu, I only get the option to delete the account.
There used to be a toggle to disable the technician account, but I can’t see it anymore. Is there another place to deactivate a technician, or has the option moved?

The Technician account can be disabled using the status toggle in the Technicians and Roles section. The three-dot menu is primarily for additional actions such as deleting the technician account.
If the disable toggle is not visible, it may be due to browser zoom or display scaling causing part of the UI to be hidden. Try reducing the browser zoom or display scaling temporarily, for example to 90%, and then check the technician row again.
Once the toggle becomes visible, switch it off to deactivate the technician account instead of deleting it.

Reducing the page zoom worked. I set the browser zoom/display resolution to 90%, and the toggle became visible again. I was able to disable the technician account after that.
