I’m currently the only technician in our Hexnode portal, but our plan allows multiple technicians. I don’t need to buy more slots right now; I just want to add another admin/technician so they can log in and help manage devices. Where is this done in the portal?

You can add another technician from the Hexnode portal under the Admin section.
Steps:
1. Go to Admin from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Technicians and Roles from the left sidebar.
3. Click Add Technician.
4. Enter the technician details, such as:
– Display Name
– Username / Email
– Temporary password
5. Assign a role to the technician.
6. Define the scope, such as the device groups, users, or domains they can manage.
7. Click Save.
If your plan already includes available technician slots, you can use one of those slots directly. You only need to add or purchase more technician licenses if all available technician slots have already been used.
