In Hexnode, the email address of an existing technician cannot be edited directly after the technician account has been created. To use a different email address, you will need to:
1.Go to Admin > Technician and Roles in the Hexnode UEM portal.
2. Add a new technician using the updated email address.
3. Assign the required role or permissions to the new technician.
4. Once the new technician account is set up, remove the old technician account with the previous email address.
This creates a new technician entry with the correct email while allowing you to maintain the intended access level by assigning the same role.
