An iPad enrolled in Hexnode became almost unusable because the Hexnode UEM app showed around 10 GB under Documents & Data in iOS storage. The app would not open at all; tapping it just caused it to crash. A portal-initiated Hexnode app log request also kept failing, probably because the app was not launching on the device. Has anyone seen this behavior before, and what is the safest way to clear the storage without affecting other managed devices?
