Hey @sammyy ,
Can you let me know the deployment method you used to install Chrome on your macOS and Windows devices?

On macOS it was installed as a VPP app via Required Apps policy. But on Windows, it was installed manually.

Thanks for clarifying.
On Windows devices, you can update Chrome using the Manual Patch or Auto Patch options available under the Automate tab.
- Manual Patch allows admins to review available updates and selectively approve or deploy them. This is useful when you want control over which updates are installed and when, ensuring compatibility before rollout.
- Auto Patch automatically deploys approved updates on a schedule you define. This is ideal for keeping devices consistently up to date without requiring manual intervention.
Additionally, you can perform remote updates through the App Updates policy.
On macOS devices, since Chrome was deployed as a VPP app via the Required Apps policy, it will automatically install updates silently, without requiring user intervention.
