I Have a strange message when trying to install the Hexnode app on DEP enrolled device: “The MDM request is invalid”… Have you any idea ?

Hello @Deelux ,
We’re glad you reached out to us. The easiest way to install the Hexnode MDM app would be to configure a VPP account and purchase the Hexnode MDM app license.
But if you’re trying to install the app as a store app, this error could occur if the Apple ID used on the device is a managed Apple ID as they cannot be used to purchase apps from the App Store.
