What is the difference between Managed Domain and Google Domain in Android Enterprise?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
When you select Managed domain option for device enrollment in Android Enterprise, you will have to use a Gmail account that is not associated with G Suite.
Whereas when you choose the Google Domain option, the account you use should have a Gsuite account associated with it.
