I enrolled an iPad Air 11-inch M4 using Apple Configurator, but after enrollment I couldn’t find the device in the Hexnode managed device list. The enrollment seemed to complete on the iPad, but the device was not showing where I expected it in the portal. What should I check in this situation?

Hello @yasmin_farooq ,

For an iPad enrolled through Apple Configurator, first confirm whether the Hexnode MDM profile is actually installed on the device.

On the iPad, go to: Settings > General > VPN & Device Management

Check whether the Hexnode management profile is listed there. If the profile is present, the device has received the MDM profile and the next step is to check how it appears in the Hexnode UEM portal.

In the Hexnode UEM portal, go to the Manage tab and review the filters on the right side. If the device is not visible, try unchecking the Enrolled status filter and search again. You can also search directly using the device serial number.

This usually helps locate devices that were enrolled successfully but are not visible in the expected managed device view due to filtering or status selection.
