Sounds like Hexnode might still be blocking it somehow. Maybe the policy isn’t clearing properly?
I’d say try removing the Hexnode profile completely. If the policies are gone, the App Store should work normally.

If the App Store is blocking purchases despite Hexnode UEM policies being set to allow, the restriction comes from the device itself. On the device, please try navigating to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases and setting In‑app Purchases to “Allow.”
If the problem continues even after adjusting this setting, please reach out to us so we can look further into it.
