I’m trying to deploy an Apple VPP app through Hexnode and need to sync the server token again. I remember doing this before to fix a VPP app deployment issue, but I can’t find where the sync option is in the portal. Where do I trigger the VPP sync?

Hi @skylar-a,
To sync the Apple VPP account/server token in Hexnode:
- Sign in to the Hexnode portal.
- Go to Admin, and open Apple VPP.
- Select the configured VPP account if more than one is listed.
- Click the Sync option to initiate a VPP account sync.
This refreshes the VPP token data and app license information in Hexnode, which can help when VPP app deployment or license assignment does not reflect the latest changes.
