When I enabled federated login for my Apple Business Manager, Apple enforced to change the email id of my Apple ID used to login to ABM. Will this affect my deployed VPP apps?

Hey @leighten,
Apple ID for VPP tokens previously uploaded in Hexnode will be automatically updated to the new Apple ID on the VPP sync. So, this will in no way affect your VPP apps synced to Hexnode.

I was trying to renew my vpp token and things weren’t working out. During further evaluation, I found out that the email address of my apple id was changed and the domain was invalidated. When I logged in with my new apple id and tried to update the VPP token, hexnode is not accepting the token. Does this mean that I will have to create a new vpp account in hexnode? Can you please let me know how to proceed?

Hexnode is not accepting the token update because the Apple ID used to create the token is different from the current Apple ID of the token. To resolve the issue, try to add the VPP token that you have obtained from ABM to a new VPP account in Hexnode. Make sure to Revoke your associated licenses from the previous DEP account from Hexnode before adding a new VPP account.
