Hi, I am having some issues with allow hotspot from my samsung knox devices.
my device is on a policy that has the ‘allow user to configure hotspot and tethering’ ticked and yet the devices attached to the policy still have that section of the settings greyed out

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please navigate to Policies > click on your policy > Android > Restrictions > Allow Network Settings. You will be able to find the below options:
Tethering: Enable to allow users to turn on the tethering on their devices. Only on enabling this, the below options can be configured.
USB Tethering: Enable to allow users to share the mobile data with other devices via the USB.
Bluetooth Tethering: Enable to allow users share their mobile data with other devices over Bluetooth.
Kindly enable the options based on your requirements. Note to associate targets and save the policy
