Please navigate to Policies > click on your policy > Android > Restrictions > Allow Network Settings. You will be able to find the below options:
Tethering: Enable to allow users to turn on the tethering on their devices. Only on enabling this, the below options can be configured.
USB Tethering: Enable to allow users to share the mobile data with other devices via the USB.
Bluetooth Tethering: Enable to allow users share their mobile data with other devices over Bluetooth.
Kindly enable the options based on your requirements. Note to associate targets and save the policy
