Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please navigate to Kiosk lockdown -> Peripheral Settings ->App Settings. Enable the option ‘Show blocked package name on the device’. Now, you would be able to see the blocked package error on the device. Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
