Hexnode UEM integrates with Freshservice to streamline an organization’s IT service management and asset management. Integrating Freshservice with the Hexnode UEM console synchronizes the devices enrolled in Hexnode with the Freshservice portal, enabling the admins to perform specific UEM functionalities and facilitate ticketing. This integration enables you to draw more insights about the device lifecycle or obtain device-specific reports.
Get started by logging in to the Hexnode console and navigating to Admin > Integrations > Freshservice.
