Container on mac and windowsSolved

Been using Hexnode for quite some time now and loved the work profile container in Android where all the app related the company are installed in a different place from the location of personal apps. Hexnode also has the feature of removing all the apps once the policy is removed. Can I make some sort of a container on the devices (macs and windows laptops) of my employees via Hexnode?

You can create separate user accounts on your employees’ devices for them to use when working. This will ensure that all the data related to your organization will get deleted when the user account is deleted. You can use the Create User Account option to create an account in macOS device. To deploy an account in Windows 10 devices, deploy a script.

Seems like a good workaround. Any pointers as to how to get the apps confined to this user?

Most of the apps lets the users choose the location where the app gets installed. Make sure to install the app and its shortcut in the personal directory of the user. On Windows 10 devices, the program can be installed in   C:\Users\user_name\AppData and the shortcut in C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. On macOS devices, install the program in /Users/user_name/Applications.
