I have pre-approved a device on to the portal. Can I change the owner of this device?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Of course! You can change the owner of a pre-approved device.
Kindly follow the below steps to change the owner:

  1. Login to your Hexnode portal
  2. Navigate to Manage tab and select the device
  3. From Actions, select Change Owner
  4. Set Domain as ‘local’ to display users that are manually enrolled or select the name of either Active Directory (AD)/Azure AD/G Suite to list the names present within the selected domain.
  5. Search and select a user.
  6. Check the option Delete Old User’s Location History to delete the location history of the device while enrolled with the old user.
  7. Click on Assign.
