Bulk disenroll macOS devices without entering verification code for each deviceSolved

I’m removing several MacBooks from Hexnode UEM. When I run the Disenroll Device action one device at a time, the portal asks me to enter my password and verification code for every command. Is there a way to disenroll multiple macOS devices together so I don’t have to authenticate for each device separately?

Hi @sybylla,

Instead of running the Disenroll Device action individually, select the macOS devices in bulk from the Manage tab and then initiate the disenrollment action once.

Steps:

  1. Go to Manage > Devices.
  2. Use the search bar, filters, or device list to locate the MacBooks you want to remove.
  3. Select all the required devices.
  4. Go to Actions > Device Control > Disenroll Device.
  5. Confirm the action and complete the password/verification prompt.

When the action is triggered in bulk, you only need to complete the authentication once for that bulk command, instead of authenticating separately for each MacBook.

That helps. I was searching for each serial number and triggering the action separately, which explains why it kept asking for the verification code every time.
