Can we prevent the voice recording on all my Windows devices deployed in the field?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please navigate to Windows->Restrictions->Allow Device Functionality. Uncheck the ‘Voice Recording’ option to disable the voice recording in Windows devices. The option is enabled by default.Associate targets and save the policy.
This feature is supported only on Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobiles.
