Hi, does Hexnode support QR code enrollment or any other methods of enrollment other than email-based enrollment for iPads? The problem is that none of the iPads is linked to an email account and the enrollment request cannot be sent via email.

Hey Mandisa, Hexnode supports QR code enrollment from its portal. You can check out these enrollment methods in the Enroll tab inside the Hexnode portal.

Thanks for the help Agnes, but I was not able to find the QR code enrollment option for iPads. Should I be checking elsewhere for the QR code option?

Unfortunately, QR code enrollment is available only for Android devices. However, Hexnode provides you with the ability to perform enrollment via SMS for your iPads which can be seen as an alternative for email-based enrollment. The enrollment URL can be sent via SMS and can be utilized by the user for enrolling their respective iPads to the Hexnode portal. You can click on the link to get a detailed explanation on SMS integration.
