AD not getting configured

I was trying to configure the AD in the Admin tab but the sync was getting failed. I tried multiple configurations but the sync still failed. Can someone help?

    If the configurations you have entered are correct and verified, you can also check if the port number 8998, 80 and 443 are blocked in your firewall settings.

    You can try checking if the provided configurations are correct. This looks like an issue with the entered configuration. You can contact the IT admin who has configured the AD. They should be able to give you the correct configurations.

    I just checked with my IT team. There was a slight error in the NetBIOS name. Thanks for the help man. Bye
