Hexnode Genie AI is becoming more aware of what is happening inside your Hexnode UEM portal.
We are working on enhancements that will allow Genie to understand device level details while you chat. Instead of switching between sections to check device names, assigned users, or compliance status, you can simply ask Genie and get the information instantly.
At the same time, troubleshooting is getting more contextual. Genie will be able to look at past action history to help you understand why an action failed and guide you in the right direction.
To support these improvements, a smoother and more intuitive UI experience is also on the way.
