I need to add another administrator to our Hexnode UEM console so they can log in and help manage devices. What is the correct way to create a new admin user? Do I add them directly as a technician, or do I need to create a profile first?

To add a new administrator in Hexnode UEM, create an Admin profile first and then assign that profile to the new technician.
Steps:
- Go to Admin > Technicians and Roles > Profile.
- Click Create New Profile.
- Configure the required settings:
- Sign-in & Security: Set the authentication requirements for the admin user.
- Role: Select Admin.
- Scope: Define the areas or resources the admin can manage, if applicable.
- Password Policy: Configure password complexity and expiration rules.
- Save the profile.
After creating the profile:
- Go to Admin > Technicians and Roles > Technicians.
- Click Add Technician.
- Enter the required user details, such as name, email, and other management details.
- Select the Admin profile you created.
- Save the technician.
Hexnode UEM will automatically send an invitation email to the new technician. Once the user accepts the invite and completes the setup, they can log in to the Hexnode UEM console with the permissions assigned through the profile.
