This can happen when a third-party iOS app opens the native camera interface from within the app.
Many apps use Apple’s native image picker/camera UI. That interface can also reference the Photos library, such as the camera roll thumbnail shown in the corner of the camera screen. If the Photos app is not available in the multi-app kiosk configuration, the in-app camera UI may fail to open or behave unexpectedly.
Check the following:
1. In the Hexnode multi-app kiosk policy, allow the WoundRounds app.
2. Add the iOS Photos app to the same kiosk policy.
3. Make sure the policy is successfully applied to the device.
4. On the device, confirm that WoundRounds has Camera permission enabled under iOS privacy settings.
5. Relaunch WoundRounds and test the in-app camera again.
If the issue occurs only while the kiosk policy is active, allowing Photos in the kiosk is an important step to test.
