Do you have a feature that blocked camera access or photo taken if the android device is under a certain Wifi or an area?

Hey, Thanks for posting.
You can use the geofencing feature such that you can create a virtual fence around the desired area and the access to the camera can be cut off when the device moves out of this area.
To create a fence, navigate to Admin->Geofencing and click on ‘Create Fence’. Select the region by entering the location in the text box and draw a fence over the region. Click Save.
A dynamic group should be created that will contain all the devices upon which the restriction should be effective.
Now, please navigate to Android–>Restrictions and disable the option ‘camera’. Navigate to General Settings->Geofencing and select the created fence by clicking on ‘+Add fence’. Associate the policy to the group and click Save.
