I have a device group for a specific set of phones and wanted to add a new device to it, but I don’t see any option to manually add devices. The group is marked as a dynamic group. Is this a permissions issue, or am I missing something in the group settings?

Dynamic device groups do not support manually adding individual devices. They are populated automatically based on the filters or criteria configured for the group.
If a device is not appearing in the dynamic group, check whether the device matches all the configured criteria for that group. Once the device satisfies the criteria, Hexnode will add it to the group automatically.
If you need to manually choose which devices belong to a group, use a custom device group instead of a dynamic group. Custom groups allow manual device assignment, while dynamic groups are intended for automated membership management.
