I’m trying to check the total number of device licenses for our Hexnode account. The usual instruction I found was to click the profile icon and go to Billing, but I don’t see a Billing option in the portal I’m using. The interface looks like an MSP dashboard rather than a regular Hexnode portal. Is license information shown somewhere else for MSP accounts?

In a standard standalone Hexnode UEM portal, the license details can be viewed from the profile icon in the top-right corner by selecting Billing.
However, the MSP portal has a different interface. The MSP portal manages device licensing centrally across all the child portals.
You can check the device license count in the MSP portal in two places:

From the Dashboard: View the Device Licenses card on the main dashboard screen to see a quick breakdown of consumed and free licenses allocated to each child portal.

From Payments: Go to Payments > Subscription in the left menu. Depending on how the license was purchased for your portal, check either the Portals or Stand-Alone Portals tab to find your specific portal and review its exact Device Licenses.
