I’m trying to check the total number of device licenses for our Hexnode account. The usual instruction I found was to click the profile icon and go to Billing, but I don’t see a Billing option in the portal I’m using. The interface looks like an MSP dashboard rather than a regular Hexnode portal. Is license information shown somewhere else for MSP accounts?

In a standard standalone Hexnode UEM portal, the license details can be viewed from the profile icon in the top-right corner by selecting Billing.
However, the MSP portal has a different interface. The MSP parent portal is mainly used to manage multiple customer or child portals and view aggregate information. It does not display detailed billing or license information for each individual portal in the same way as a standalone account.
To check the license count for a specific customer portal:
- Log in directly to the required child Hexnode UEM portal.
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Open Billing.
- Review the license count and billing details for that specific portal.
If you are logged in only to the MSP parent portal, you may not see the Billing option for an individual portal.
