For Generic Android devices, you can initiate the disenrollment directly from your device inventory list.
Here are the quick steps to do so:
- Go to the Manage tab.
- Select the Android devices you want to remove using the checkboxes.
- Click on Actions and choose Device Control > Disenroll Device.
If the device is currently active and reachable, the disenrollment action will complete immediately, allowing you to quickly replace it. However, if the device is offline or inactive, the action will remain pending until the device checks in again.
