I’m trying to enroll a tablet using the QR code generated from the Hexnode portal. The QR code scans fine, but when the device shows the “Trying to enroll?” screen and asks us to authenticate with Hexnode, our usual login credentials don’t work.
Where do we find or set the username and password that should be used on the tablet during enrollment?
