For Windows devices, local account passwords can be changed from the device’s Local accounts section in Hexnode. Try the following steps:
- Go to Manage in the Hexnode portal and select the Windows device.
- Open the Local accounts tab and find the required local user account.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the account and select Change Password.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Save or execute the action.
After the action completes successfully, use the new password to sign in to that local account on the Windows device.
