Hi, I’m trying to add another admin user to our Hexnode UEM portal. I saw instructions saying to go to Admin > Administrators, but when I open Admin, it only takes me to General Settings and I don’t see an Administrators option. Where is the correct place to add a second admin or technician?

To add another admin-equivalent user in Hexnode, you need to add them as a technician and assign the required role. Follow these steps:
- Go to Admin from the Hexnode portal.
- In the left pane, scroll down and open Technician and Roles.
- Click Add Technician.
- Enter the technician details.
- Assign the appropriate role based on the level of access required.
- Save the changes.
If the new user needs full administrative access, assign a role with the necessary permissions.

That was it. I was looking for an Administrators page and missed Technician and Roles in the left menu. Added the second technician successfully.

For anyone else searching for this: Hexnode uses technicians and roles to manage portal admins. So instead of creating a separate “administrator” entry, add a technician and control what they can access using the assigned role.
